Coverage of Warranty
Cabinetry is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
What is not covered
Damage from improper installation, misuse, extreme humidity, or normal wear is not covered.
Natural material characteristics (not defects)
Wood is a natural material: grain variation, color variation and dimensional movement are expected.
Exclusive remedy
The exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of the defective component, at our discretion.
Disclaimer of implied warranties
Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty where permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Claims procedure
Submit your claim through your authorized dealer with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
